Do I need API keys to start?
No. Free includes browser transcription plus measured managed speech and AI allowances. Connect provider accounts only when you need supported Premium workflows or more model choice.
What does BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) mean?
Where supported, Premium lets you connect provider credentials for services such as Deepgram, AssemblyAI, OpenRouter, Gemini, and Perplexity. Those providers bill their own usage directly to you.
Can I change plans anytime?
You can manage your subscription through the billing portal. Checkout and the billing portal show when each change takes effect.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account returns to Free limits. Saved transcriptions and custom styles remain subject to the current retention and deletion policy.
How is my data handled?
Provider keys are encrypted at rest. Audio, transcripts, and documents may be processed by the provider selected for a workflow; the trust and privacy pages explain those data paths and controls.
